A relaxed 5K along with your local lot, friends, family and the tiny people who insist they are training for something. Expect a mix of proper runners, casual joggers and children who treat every straight bit of path as a sprinting opportunity, plus the usual commentary from spectators who have strong opinions on footwear.

All adult participants aged 16 and over will need a paid ticket to enter. Every child will receive a finisher medal, a Kiprun T shirt and some nutrition essentials on the day.
