Hypnobirthing is a method using relaxation, visualisation and deep breathing techniques during pregnancy, labour and birth to facilitate a wonderful birthing experience for the mother, baby and birthing partner.

Led by Catherine Daycock, an award-winning, qualified and GHR-registered Hypnotherapist certified in Hypnobirthing, this course consists of 5 classes and will empower expectant mums to have a positive childbirth experience.

The focus of the course is to understand and utilise hypnosis to one's advantage during birth and beyond. The Hypnobirthing course will cover a wide range of areas including:



The 5-week course will be held on Tuesdays at 6.30 pm - 8.30 pm at Big You Little You, 392 Aigburth Road, L19 3QD.

The course is suitable for expectant mums from 20 weeks and will be held in an inviting setting with the needs of expectant mums at the forefront.

Each course is limited to up to 6 birthing mothers plus a birthing partner (if desired).
